How Do I Become One?

To become a lifetime member of the Coopérative Vincent-d’Indy, print the registration form by clicking on the link below. Fill out the form and return it to our address, including the membership fee of 10$* (9$ + 1$ administration fee). Your membership card will be sent to you so that you may benefit from these exclusive discounts. It is also possible to register directly at the store or by telephone when placing your first order.

*the cost of membership for students registered in the pre-university program of the École de musique Vincent-d’Indy is 5$ (4$ + 1$ administration fee)
